Starter and Business plans are typically active within 24 hours of payment. We send login details and a simple setup guide. Professional plan (where we build the website for you) takes 5–10 working days depending on how quickly you provide your content.

No long contracts. All plans are rolling monthly — you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business every month, not locking you in.

Starter: email support, response within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). Business: phone and email support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm). Professional: same-day support for any issue, 7 days a week.

You can upgrade to the next plan at any time, or contact us to discuss adding extra addresses. We’ll never leave you stuck — just get in touch and we’ll sort it out the same day.

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we’ll pro-rata the difference so you only pay for what you use. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.

No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the applicable rate (currently 20%) at checkout.
