Most hosting accounts are live within one working day. If we are migrating an existing website or email, we will agree a switch-over time with you so there is no downtime — usually 1–3 working days from start to finish.
No. All of our hosting plans are rolling monthly — pay month to month and cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. We earn your business every month rather than tying you in.
Always. We are based in Hedon, so a real local person answers — no overseas call queue, no bot. Urgent hosting issues are monitored around the clock.
No problem. Each plan includes a generous number of mailboxes, and you can add more at any time for a small monthly fee. Every mailbox sits on your own domain (you@yourbusiness.co.uk) with spam filtering included.
Absolutely. You can move up (or down) a plan whenever your needs change and we will adjust your next invoice — no setup fees and no fuss. Many customers start on Starter and move up as their business grows.

Our CRM is a separate product built for field-service and trades businesses: schedule work, build quotes, raise branded invoices, complete jobs on site and run a client portal — all on one dashboard. It is priced on its own from £12.99/month (three plans: Starter, Business and Professional) with setup and data import included, and it works completely standalone or alongside any hosting plan — you do not need hosting from us to use it. It is fully cloud-hosted by us, so you and your staff can log in and work from anywhere in any web browser, with nothing to install and automatic updates included.
