Most hosting accounts are live within one working day. If we are migrating an existing website or email, we will agree a switch-over time with you so there is no downtime — usually 1–3 working days from start to finish.

No. All of our hosting plans are rolling monthly — pay month to month and cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. We earn your business every month rather than tying you in.

Always. As a local Hedon business, when you call a real local person answers — you are never stuck in an overseas call queue or talking to a bot. We deliberately keep things small and local so you get a name and a face, not a ticket number. Urgent hosting issues are monitored around the clock.

No problem. Each plan includes a generous number of mailboxes, and you can add more at any time for a small monthly fee. Every mailbox sits on your own domain (you@yourbusiness.co.uk) with spam filtering included.

Absolutely. You can move up (or down) a plan whenever your needs change and we will adjust your next invoice — no setup fees and no fuss. Many customers start on Starter and move to Business once they want the included CRM.

All prices on this page are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the current UK rate will be added to your invoice. If you are VAT-registered you can of course reclaim it.

Optional modules (quotes, RAMS, document centre, leave management and expenses) can be added when you need them — just ask and we will price them to suit. The CRM is fully cloud-hosted by us — it is not something you have to run or maintain on your own server. Because it lives in the cloud, you and your staff can securely log in and work from anywhere — the office, home or out on a job — from any web browser, with nothing to install.
